Case description
In the following case, we examined that the radiation on the observed day was lower, only a third compared to the average of the previous three days. On the days with higher radiation, the plant recharged with energy, but due to less light on the observed date, the grower irrigated less.
However, the plant's water uptake was high, and the amount of irrigated water was not sufficient to compensate for the increased activity of the plant recharged with higher energy. Therefore, when planning your daily irrigation, you need to consider that if there was high radiation in the previous 1-2 days, it is worth irrigating a bit more even if there is less light on that day. Otherwise, you might under-irrigate, resulting in the plant being stressed and producing less.
