FUNCTIONS AND responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives
- Research key customer wants and needs
- Suggest solutions that answer clients needs and wants
- Ensure the ordered products are delivered in a timely manner
- Serve as contact point for key customers and internal teams
- Provide technical support service to the customers independently or jointly with a technical support team
- Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way
- Gather, report and communicate customers' feedback on service, technology and product delivery
- Follow and monitor domestic and regional tenders
- Post sales activities to increase Customer satisfaction: delivering effective solutions to customers with order-related queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue
- Research and source new potential clients
- Measure, track and analyze key account metrics
- Create reports for upper management
- Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as sales account manager
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
DESIRED REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in agricultural sector
- Experience in product sales to greenhouses
- Knowledge of greenhouse systems, ideally IT, IoT, servers, networking (wifi, ethernet, 4G/5G networks)
- Has been working for irrigation systems seller company or Cooperatives
- To be located (permanent address) in Almería or Murcia
COMPUTING KNOWLEDGES
- Intermediate (comfortable on Microsoft Office)
LANGUAGES
- Spanish (native) / English (fit for negotiation)
PERSONAL SKILLS
- Previous working experience as sales manager for 3-5 years
- Experience in sales and customer services
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Aptitude in networking and building relationships
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
- Problem-solving and negotiation capability
EXPECTED DATE OF INCORPORATION
- ASAP
COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT
- permanent labour contract with 3 months trial period
SALARY
- 2500-3000 Eur gross per month with possible commission
