János Lóczi
Co-Founder of Gremon Systems
I grew up surrounded by horticulture — my father was a grower, and this world has shaped me from an early age. After gaining nearly 10 years of international experience at the multinational seed company Syngenta, I went on to build and manage my own young plant nursery for more than 7 years. For over 30 years, my family supplied vegetables to McDonald’s, giving me a deep understanding of both production and market needs. As one of the founders of Gremon Systems, I bring this lifelong grower’s perspective to every innovation we develop, ensuring that our solutions remain practical, rooted in real challenges, and valuable to the people working in greenhouses every day.
András Újszászi
Co-Founder of Gremon Systems
Coming from a family of growers, I spent 15 years managing a hydroponic tomato and pepper greenhouse before co-founding Gremon Systems. From the very beginning, I was responsible for designing and preparing the production of Trutina hardware, a role I still carry today alongside maintaining close connections with growers. I also created the specifications for the very first version of Insight Manager and remain active in supporting sales of its latest generation. My main motivation has always been to develop innovative solutions for monitoring plant physiology - with the principle that everything should be measured and analyzed mathematically. For me, the biggest challenge is helping the horticultural world adapt to new IT-driven solutions, especially as generational changes bring shifting expectations. My passion lies in turning innovation into practical tools that truly support growers in their daily work.
Zsolt Fábián
CEO of Gremon Systems
I bring more than 15 years of experience in global solution sales across IT and manufacturing, yet my journey with Gremon Systems started with no background in agriculture. What drove me was curiosity and the challenge of applying technology in a completely new field. As CEO, my role is to bridge these worlds: to bring structure, scalability, and global thinking into the highly specialized domain of horticulture. Step by step, I believe we are getting closer to our vision — revolutionizing greenhouse production with data and real plant feedback. For me, what truly makes Gremon unique is not only the innovation we create but the determination of a team that is ready to learn, adapt, and lead in a rapidly changing industry.

Zsolt Szarka
Project Manager
I have been with Gremon Systems for over 10 years, contributing to both Trutina and Insight Manager. As a network engineer, I work on cloud technologies, software development, and on-site projects — with more than 200 Trutina installations completed worldwide. My focus is on aligning our systems with growers’ needs, from customizing Insight Manager reports to fine-tuning Trutina setups. This journey has taken me from Japan to Kazakhstan and across Europe, helping integrate Gremon’s innovations into greenhouse production.

IT Support Specialist
As a Junior IT Support Specialist at Gremon Systems, I ensure our IT infrastructure runs smoothly and respond quickly to challenges, whether hardware or software.
Clear communication and teamwork are key, and I often work with my mentor on configuring the Insight Manager 2 system or supporting on-site installations.

I enjoy building my own systems in my free time, and I bring the same precision, independence, and problem-solving mindset to support growers worldwide.
